Tell us which companies would make good customers

A clear brief makes the difference between a list of companies and a list you can use.

Leads · one-time prices before tax
50: SEK 1,490 · 100: SEK 2,490 · 200: SEK 4,490 · 300: SEK 5,990

The brief to prepare

You can use this checklist before opening the portal. It is a planning template, not a promise that every field or fact will be available for every company.

  • We sell: product or service, typical project and delivery limits.
  • Our buyers: business activities, direct customers or channel partners.
  • Our market: countries, cities or service area and languages we can handle.
  • Must match: specific requirements and acceptable evidence.
  • Exclude: customers, prior contacts, competitors and unsuitable categories.
  • If the market is too small: what may expand, and what must stay fixed.

Example: a specialist supplier

We supply reusable transport packaging. Find independent manufacturers shipping physical products within the UK. Prioritise businesses with visible production operations. Exclude packaging suppliers, freight brokers and our existing customers. Treat exact shipment volumes as unknown unless a source supports them. This is an illustrative brief, not a completed customer project.

Example: a local service business

We provide commercial ventilation maintenance around Stockholm. Find operators of offices, workshops or multi-site premises within our service area. Exclude residential-only businesses and competing maintenance providers. Do not expand to another city just to fill the list. This example shows a targeting choice, not evidence that any particular company needs maintenance.

Replace vague requirements with evidence

'Growing companies with money to spend' is hard to verify. A published new location or relevant product range is a fact that can be checked. If company size matters, specify the requirement and accept that some businesses do not publish enough information to confirm it.

Decide how you will use the result

A list for a distributor search needs a different buyer definition from a list for direct sales. Plan who will review matches, who will handle replies and which results you will record before requesting more research.

Common questions

What matters before you start.

Can I target several industries?

Yes, if each has a clear reason to buy. Describe that reason for each group rather than using a broad request for any business.

Should I choose an exact employee count?

Use a size requirement when it matters to the offer, but avoid false precision. Public sources do not always establish an exact headcount.

Can the market expand automatically?

The search should follow the expansion approach you choose. State any firm geographic or buyer requirements so they are not treated as optional preferences.

Describe the customers you want to find.

We do the research and deliver a lead package as PDF, CSV, and a ready email draft.
