A prospect list you can actually work with

A free template, clear fields and a simple way to review potential customers.

Leads · one-time prices before tax
50: SEK 1,490 · 100: SEK 2,490 · 200: SEK 4,490 · 300: SEK 5,990

Start with a blank working list

The CSV contains column headings only. Open it in a spreadsheet and add companies you review. This is a working template, not free leads or an exact specification of every field in a purchased delivery.

Separate what you know from your next question

Record what the source actually shows and which decision it supports. Leave unknown facts blank.

Use a simple review decision

Use three decisions: relevant, needs evidence or exclude. A score is less useful when the reason behind it is missing. An unknown company size should not turn into a guessed headcount.

Check duplicates and earlier contact

Normalise website names, then check parent companies and alternate brands. Multiple domains can represent one buyer. Keep objections and contact history in your existing systems and check them before outreach.

Track what happens after the list

Keep reviewed companies, relevant contact routes, replies, sales conversations and paid orders separate. Use the outcomes to improve your next buyer group. A populated spreadsheet does not establish demand.

Common questions

What matters before you start.

Do I need to sign up?

No. Download the CSV template without an account or payment.

Does the file contain companies or email addresses?

No. It contains column headings for your own research.

Can I import it straight into an email tool?

Use it as a working list first. Map fields to your tool and check addresses, suppression and recipient eligibility before importing.

Describe the customers you want to find.

We do the research and deliver a lead package as PDF, CSV, and a ready email draft.
