How we research your leads

The useful question is not just whether a company exists. It is why that company belongs in your list.

Leads · one-time prices before tax
50: SEK 1,490 · 100: SEK 2,490 · 200: SEK 4,490 · 300: SEK 5,990

1. Turn the brief into a buyer definition

Describe what you sell, who could buy it, where you can deliver and which requirements matter. Distinguish direct customers from resellers or partners. Tell us which companies and categories to exclude, and whether the search may broaden if the exact market is too narrow.

2. Find companies and check the evidence

Research uses public business information to assess the company's activity, location and fit. A search result is a starting point. The supporting source should explain the company, rather than merely mention a matching keyword.

  • Company fit: does its actual activity match the buyer described?
  • Market fit: is the business or relevant operation in the requested area?
  • Contact route: is there a supported way to reach the business?
  • Duplicate check: is this a repeat of a company already represented?

3. Keep facts separate from conclusions

A website can show that a company manufactures cosmetics. That can support a match for a packaging supplier. It does not establish that the company is looking for packaging today. The same distinction applies to employee counts, budget and a person's purchasing authority.

Reading the evidence in a lead record
InformationWhat it can tell youWhat it does not prove
Company product pageWhat the business makes or sellsCurrent purchase intent
Published office locationWhere an operation is listedWho controls local purchasing
Company contact pageA public contact routeConsent or guaranteed email delivery
Reason for the matchWhy the offer may be relevantA promised sale or booked meeting

4. Review the delivery before outreach

Use the PDF to review the companies and the CSV to organise your next steps. The email draft is a starting point for your own message. Check current contact details, existing relationships and objections before sending. A publicly available contact does not automatically make every type of outreach appropriate.

What happens when information is missing?

The research may recheck or replace unsupported matches within its operating limits. It should not invent missing facts to reach a count. An unusually narrow brief may need a scope decision; the applicable delivery and refund terms explain how an incomplete order is handled.

Common questions

What matters before you start.

Are these companies already interested in buying?

No. They are researched prospects that may fit your offer. Their interest, timing and budget must be established separately.

Does every company include a named decision-maker and email?

Contact information depends on the available evidence. A company contact route is not a guarantee of a named decision-maker, a verified inbox or permission to email.

Do you send the campaign for me?

No. The package includes research files and an editable email draft. You decide how to use them and handle outreach and replies.
